Social Equity in Cannabis, Part 2

Ms. Chang-Diaz, Mr. Collins, Ms. Comerford and Mr. Eldridge moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, by inserting after item 7002-1502 the following new item:-

"7002-XXXX    For "start-up" and operational costs for the administration of the Cannabis Social Equity Loan Trust Fund, provided that monies from this line item shall be transferred to the trust fund on a 2:1 or higher match basis relative to donations received from private sources………………………..$1,000,000."
