Messrs. Boncore and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7002-0012, by inserting at the end thereof the following new words:- "; provided further that not less than $90,000 shall be expended for a grant program to Crossroads Family Center in East Boston for the operation of workforce development and educational programming for women and girls.” and in said item by striking out the figures "14,442,500” and inserting in place thereof the figures "$14,532,500”
