Appropriate Collection Timing for STRs

Mr. Fattman moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section _ the following section:-

SECTION XX. Chapter 337 of the acts of 2018 is hereby amended by striking out section 14 and inserting in place thereof the following section:-

SECTION 14. Sections 3, 3A, and 3C of chapter 64G of the General Laws shall take effect for the transfers of occupancies of short-term rentals for which contracts with occupants were entered into on or after July 1, 2019.
