Mr. Brownsberger moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 70, by striking the words “chairs of the joint committee on environment, natural resources and agriculture who shall serve as co-chairs; the secretary of energy and environmental affairs;”, in lines 15 and 16, and inserting in place thereof the following words:- "secretary of energy and environmental affairs, who shall serve as chair; the chairs of the joint committee on environment, natural resources and agriculture;”
