Nurtury, Inc.

Mr. DiDomenico moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 3000-1020, by adding the following words:-

“; provided further, that $300,000 shall be expended on transitional costs and other one-time quality improvements at Nurtury, Inc."; and by striking out the figure “44,511,119” and inserting in place thereof the following figure “44,851,119”.
