Messrs. Collins and Feeney moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2E, in item 1595-0115, by adding at the end thereof the following:- "; provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for the implementation of a program to support civics education learning opportunities in coordination with the John Fitzgerald Kennedy Library Foundation, Incorporated, that focuses on underserved communities across the commonwealth” and by striking the figures "1,500,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figures:- "2,000,000".
