New Democracy Coalition

Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7010-1192, by adding the following words:- "; provided, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the New Democracy Coalition of Massachusetts, Inc., for civic education curriculum and youth programming related to the work of the late Dr. Martin Luther King".
