Mr. Rush moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2810-0100, by inserting the following:- “ provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for improvements and maintenance of Route 1 from the Marine Corps Rotary in the town of Dedham to Spring Street in the West Roxbury section of the City of Boston”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$47,885,283” and inserting in place thereof the figure:- “$47,985,283”.
