Extension of Copay Assistance

Messrs. Boncore, O'Connor, Timilty and Tarr and Ms. Creem moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section __ the following section: -

SECTION XX. Section 226 of chapter 139 of the acts of 2012 is hereby amended by striking out the figure “2021”, inserted by section 15 of chapter 142 of the acts of 2019, and inserting in place thereof- “2023.”
