Homeless Programs for those affected by COVID-19

Mr. Kennedy, Ms. DiZoglio and Mr. O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0101, by inserting “; provided further that not less than $65,000 shall be expended to Community Teamwork, Inc. in the city of Lowell for the housing programs for homeless individuals impacted by the 2019 novel coronavirus"; and  in said item, by striking out the figure "$179,904,755" and inserting in place thereof the following figure: "$179,969,755".
