Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7002-0012, by inserting after “between the two programs" the following:- "; provided further that no less than $300,000 shall be expended for a grant program to St. Mary's Center for Women and Children in Dorchester for workforce development and educational programming for women impacted by COVID-19, provided that not less than $50,000 be expended on TIMBO training"; and by striking out the figures "$20,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$20,300,000".
