Small Business Technical Assistance

Messrs. Collins, O'Connor, Eldridge and Moore moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7002-2020, by adding at the end thereof the following:- ";provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Black Economic Council of Massachusetts for small business support to businesses disproportionately impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak; provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Cape Verdean Association of Boston for programs and services that support an equitable economic recovery" and in said item by striking out the figure "$3,850,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$4,050,000".
