Ms. DiZoglio moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1599-1233, by adding the following words:- "; provided, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to Inspirational Ones, Inc., for purposes of rehabilitating the physical facility in which the Methuen Youth and Community Center will be located, which may include implementing social distancing and safety protocols necessitated by COVID-19 and creating an environment to provide social emotional and mental health supports for conditions exacerbated by COVID-19"; and

in said section 2, in said item 1599-1233, by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$300,000”.
