Pepperell Library Programming

Mr. Kennedy moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7000-9401, by inserting "provided further, that not less than $5,000 shall be expended for the Pepperell Public Library in the Town of Pepperell for youth programming impacted by the 2019 novel coronavirus" and by striking out the figure "$11,516,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$11,521,000".
