Marlborough Community Cupboard

Mr. Eldridge moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1599-1233, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Marlborough Community Cupboard, a program of the United Way of Tri-County, for building improvements due to increased client need and enhanced social distancing necessitated by the 2019 novel coronavirus pandemic."
