Safe After School Programming For At-Risk Youth in Springfield

Mr. Welch moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1599-1233, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that $10,000 shall be expended to fund equipment, enrollment, and program enhancements and updates needed due to the COVID-19 crisis to the Central City Boxing and Barbell, Inc.’s Youth Development After School Program in the city of Springfield"; and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $110,000.
