Enhanced Opportunities for Safe Recreational and Educational Opportunities During the Pandemic

Mr. Welch moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1599-1233, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for increased opportunities for safe outdoor recreation programs in the town of West Springfield"; and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$300,000”.
