Mr. Tarr moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1599-1233, “ provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended equally to the city of Gloucester and the towns of Boxford, Essex, Georgetown, Groveland, Hamilton, Ipswich, Manchester-by-the-Sea, Middleton, Newbury, North Andover, precincts 5 to 8, inclusive, Rockport, Rowley, Wenham, West Newbury, North Reading and Wilmington for costs associated with the 2019 novel coronavirus”
