Community Priorities

Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1599-1233, by adding at the end thereof the following:- ";provided further that not less than $125,000 shall be expended to the Black Economic Council of Massachusetts for small business support to businesses disproportionately impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak; provided further that not less than $125,000 shall be expended to the Cape Verdean Association of Boston for programs and services that support an equitable economic recovery".
