Amendments to appropriation bills

Messrs. Tarr and deMacedo move to amend the report by inserting in rule 27A in the third sentence of the third paragraph the following clause:- “; provided, however, that a reasonable amount of time shall be provided to file amendments and the order is approved by a majority of the members.”
