Senate Counsel

Messrs. Tarr, Tran and deMacedo move to amend the report after rule 9A the following new rule:-"9A 1/2:-The counsel to the senate at all times shall represent the interest of the senate as a whole and the appointment of the counsel to senate shall be ratified by the senate".
