Mr. Tarr, Ms. Rausch, Messrs. Tran, O'Connor and deMacedo and Ms. Lovely move that the amendment be amended by inserting in joint rule 1D after the words "General Court" the following:-"as soon as practicable but no later than 48 hours of the vote being taken."
