Procurement contracts

Messrs. Tarr, Tran and O'Connor move to amend the report in joint rule 36(b) by inserting at the end thereof the following:-"The House Business Manager and the Chief Financial Officer of the Senate for any procurement over $10,000 shall submit the procurement contract to the state comptroller for posting on the open checkbook website".
