Committee Review

Messrs. Tarr and O'Connor move to amend the report in rule 1(i) by inserting at the end thereof the following:-"each joint committee during said review and study shall also consider the cost-effectiveness of all laws, administrative regulations and programs that are within the joint committees subject matter jurisdiction and recommend whether such laws, administrative regulations or programs should be continued or eliminated"
