Publication of committee roll call votes

Ms. Rausch moves to amend the report in rule 4 by striking in paragraph two the following: - "upon request of 2 committee members present at the committee meeting" and inserting in place thereof the following:- “, except for votes on legislation pertaining to a specific individual employed by the Commonwealth or a specific community in the Commonwealth, as distinct from legislation broadly applicable throughout the Commonwealth”.

And further moves to insert at the end of said paragraph the following:- "The results of all such roll calls shall be posted on the Internet within 48 hours. For purposes of this Rule, roll call votes shall include electronically polled votes. No committee shall make or adopt any rule contrary to the provisions of this paragraph."
