Funding Important Initiatives

Senators Tarr and Brady move to amend the proposal for constitutional amendment by inserting, in line 4, after the word "universities" the following words:- "including the full reimbursement of special education circuit breaker, charter school enrollment reimbursement, and school choice reimbursement in a formula established by the general court"
