Behavioral Health Professionals licensure

Messrs. Tarr and Montigny, Ms. Gobi and Mr. O'Connor move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting in line 367 after the word “examination” the following :- (iii) accepts at least one form of insurance from masshealth, the group insurance commission, or a carrier licensed under chapters 175, 176A, 176B and 176G."
