Stress Management for law enforcement

Messrs. Tarr, Velis, Welch and O'Connor and Ms. DiZoglio move to amend the bill by inserting in SECTION 4 after clause (iv) the following new clause:-(v) practice and techniques for law enforcement officers for stress management and mental health.
