Eldridge, Velis and Welch and Ms. Moran move to amend the bill in section 16, by inserting after the word "Incorporated", in line 475, the following words:- ; a sheriff appointed by the Massachusetts' Sheriffs Association who has experience developing and implementing a crisis intervention facility model
