The committee on Senate Rules, to whom was referred the House Bill to further regulate the attendance by police officers at police association executive board meetings (House, No. 2163),- reports, recommending that the matter be placed in the Orders of the Day for the next session with an amendment striking out all after the enacting clause and inserting in place thereof the text contained in Senate document numbered 3177.

SECTION 1. Section 100G½ of chapter 41 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “association”, in line 4, the following words:- or of meetings of the executive board of the Massachusetts Coalition of Police, Inc.
SECTION 2. The provisions of section 1 shall become effective in a city or town when accepted by such city or town and in a district when accepted by a majority of the towns comprising such district.
