Floor Amendment

Ms. Garlick of Needham moves to amend the bill by striking out the word “boat”, in lines 4 and 8, each time it appears and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following word:- “vessel”;

and by striking out clause (iii) of section 13B and inserting in place thereof the following clause:-

“(iii) a kayak instructor certification from the American Canoe Association, a basic water rescue certification from the American Red Cross, the American Canoe Association paddle sports course and in person participatory training specific for the watercraft activities the instructor will oversee.”
