Protecting Commuter Rail Riders

Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

SECTION XXXX.  Pursuant to its Forging Ahead plan for public transportation in the Commonwealth, the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority shall not permanently close the Silver Hill or Hastings stations in the Town of Weston along the Fitchburg line of the Massachusetts commuter rail.
