Ms. Tyler of Boston moves to amend the bill For the operation of the office of environmental law enforcement; provided,

that environmental police officers shall provide monitoring under the

National Shellfish Sanitation Program; provided further, that the office of

environmental law enforcement shall seek technical assistance from the

executive office of public safety and security to identify and apply for

federal grant opportunities available to the office of environmental law
