Downtown Recreational Commercial Space in the City of Gardner

Mr. Zlotnik of Gardner moves to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following section:-

Section XXXX. Not less than $150,000 shall be expended for recreational commercial space in the downtown commercial urban renewal area in the City of Gardner.
