Ms. Domb of Amherst moves to amend the bill moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 3000-1021, by inserting after "2023" the following: "provided further that not less than $25,000 be expended to the Friends of the Jones Library in Amherst to support programming for children ages 0-18;" and in said item by striking out the figures "$131,060,103" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$131,085,103."
