Mr. Diggs of Barnstable moves to amend the bill to amend the bill in section 1, in item 1595-1068, in line 28, the by inserting the following;- “provided further, that not less than $40,000 shall be provided for Cape Organization for Rights of the Disabled (CORD) of Hyannis for the upkeep and maintenance of their capital facilities."
