Ensuring Remote Meetings After June 15

Mr. Fernandes of Falmouth moves to amend the bill, as amended, in section 23 by adding the following subsection:-

"(f) If this section does not take effect until after June 15, notwithstanding said section 20 of said chapter 30A, a public body may provide for remote meetings as specified in this section and any action taken thereof shall be ratified, validated and confirmed as if this section had been in place."
