Post Retirement Work Waiver Extension

Ms. Higgins of Leominster moves to amend the bill, as amended, by adding the following section:

Section XXXX. Notwithstanding the expiration of the Governor’s March 10, 2020 state of emergency section 14 of Chapter 53 of the Acts of 2020 as amended by section 68 of Chapter 227 of the Acts of 2020 shall remain in effect until December 31, 2021.
