Telehealth Glidepath

Miss Gregoire of Marlborough moves to amend the bill, as amended, by adding the following section:-

“SECTION XX. Chapter 260 of the acts of 2020, is hereby amended by striking out the words “90 days after termination of the governor’s March 10, 2020 declaration of a state of emergency” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- on December 15, 2021.”
