Clarifying Remote Participation

Mr. Vitolo of Brookline moves to amend the bill, as amended, in section 23, in line 177, by striking out the word “all” and inserting in place thereof the word “any” and in line 177 by striking the word “and” and inserting in place thereof the words “for whom physical attendance would be unreasonably difficult or for whom in-person attendance raises a Covid-19 related personal or public health concern.” And in line 177 by striking the word “a” and inserting in place thereof the word “A.”
