Maintain Two Tracks on the Framingham/Worcester Commuter Rail Line during Construction

Mr. Moran of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 6122-2125, in line 23, by inserting after the word "department" the following; "; provided that two tracks on the Framingham/Worcester Commuter Rail Line are maintained during construction with no reduced service".
