West Station Operational Benchmarks

Mr. Moran of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 6122-2125, in line 23, by inserting after the word "department" the following; "; provided that West Station is operational with local bus service and 20 minute peak headway commuter rail service within one year of construction commencement".
