Leases for Public Reservations listed on the National Register of Historic Places

Mr. Moran of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section: SECTION XXX. Section 33 of chapter 92 of the General Laws , as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “years” in line 31 the following words:- “and not exceeding 5 years for any such public reservations listed on the National Register of Historic Places pursuant to the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 (16 U.S.C. Section 470) as amended”.
