Reconstruction of Route 110 from Green Street to Woodland Street in Methuen

Mrs. Campbell of Methuen moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 6122-2125, by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $3,200,000 shall be expended for reconstruction and roadway improvements on Route 110 in Methuen from Green Street to Woodland Street”.
