An Act designating a certain bridge in the town of Orleans as the Norman Wood Finch memorial bridge

The committee on Rules recommends that the bill be amended by striking out, in line 1, the words “The bridge” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “Bridge number O04001”; and

by striking out section 2; and

by inserting before the enacting clause the following emergency preamble:-

“Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to designate forthwith a certain bridge in the town of Orleans, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
