Thoroughbred Revitalization

Mr. Coppinger of Boston moves to amend the bill in SECTION 4 in section 6, subsection (b) (2) in line 249 by inserting at the end of said paragraph the following sentence:

Notwithstanding subsection (h) of section 3 of chapter 128A, the commission shall accept applications for any new thoroughbred racing meeting license and, pursuant to said chapter, shall issue a license to a qualified applicant located anywhere in the commonwealth.
