Age Requirement -  Digital Platform

Mr. Hill of Ipswich moves to amend the bill in section 4, in line 574, by striking out the words “A person placing a wager shall be at least 21 years of age” and inserting in place thereof the following:-

“A person placing a sports wager at a brick-and-mortar establishment shall be at least 21 years of age. A person placing a sports wager on a mobile application or a digital platform shall be at least 18 years of age.”
