Sports betting workforce

Ms. Tyler of Boston moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 21 the following section:

"SECTION [xx]. The commission shall mandate that enterprises within the sports wagering industry seek to achieve racial and gender diversity, equity and inclusion in regards to the workforce of the burgeoning sports wagering industry.”
