An amendment correcting date of simulcasting by racing licensees

Ms. Giannino of Revere moves to amend the bill in SECTION 4, in section 3 of proposed Chapter 23N, as follows:

in line 72, by deleting the words “December 31, 2021” inserting in place thereof the words:- December 31, 2020

in line 73, by deleting the words “December 31, 2021” inserting in place thereof the words:- December 31, 2020

in line 119, by deleting the words “December 31, 2021” inserting in place thereof the words:- December 31, 2020

in line 120, by deleting the words “December 31, 2021” inserting in place thereof the words:- December 31, 2020;

and to further amend the bill in SECTION 4, in section 6(b) of proposed Chapter 23N, as follows:

in line 244, by deleting the word “2021” inserting in place thereof the words:- December 31, 2020; and

in line 245, by deleting the word “2021” inserting in place thereof the words:- December 31, 2020;
