Credit Card Exclusion

Ms. Sabadosa of Northampton moves to amend the bill in section 4, in line 181, by inserting after the word “gambling” the following words:- , including, a requirement that sports wagering operator licensees shall display warnings prominently in person and on mobile applications and digital platforms related to the use of credit cards and cash advances.
